What's included in every plan?
Products (PLM), Changes (ECO), Bills of Materials, Dashboard, People, Messages, Notifications, 3D Viewer, and mobile apps. Integrations and API access included on Starter and above.
What's the Development module?
Development manages your NPI (New Product Introduction) workflow. Track products through phases from concept to production. Lite (15 concurrent) on Starter, Standard (50 + Dev BOM) on Growth, Full (unlimited + automation) on Business.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my item limit?
We'll notify you at 80% and 90%. At 100%, you can still view and edit existing items, but can't add new ones until you upgrade or add capacity (+$49/mo for 5K items).
Do I need to pay for integrations?
No. All integrations are included: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, ShipStation, and more.
